Blowout

When I commuted in the morning, front tire blowout. I changed to spare tube and fixed it in 16 minutes.
Road bike often blew out. It's because the tire is narrow and thick than MTB.

My secret camp site

In Mt. Ege, there is my secret camp site. It was not beside climbing road. So, nobody appear there.
There is shadow and small stream. So, it's cool and comfortable space. I always train to assemble zelt and stay for a while there.
It was my secret heaven.

20 kg backpack

I brought 20 kg backpack to the summit of Mt. Ege. I'll bring about 16 kg backpack in the end of August. So, my body already be made for climb in Hokkaido.
All I have to do is keep my condition good.

Historical town

Old historical road through in Kaita town. So, there were many shrines, temples and old house in the town. So, I could see such shrines after we down from Mt. Hiura. I like to walk in such town.

View like from birds eye

My son often had climbed Mt. Hiura. So, he knew the mountain well. He lead me to the place where had good landscape.
We stood on big rock. The rock was there on the top of sharp cliff. So, we could see the town by bird's eye. It was a nice climbing.

Like spa hotel in animation "Spirited Away"

I climbed Mt. Hiura-yama in Kaita town with my son. The entrance was from a temple.
One of the temple was like spa hotel in animation "Spirited Away".

Living in the rain

I assembled zelt and stayed there in the rain. I made boiled water and ate instant soup. The sound was only by rain and wind. It was silent. I stayed there for a while and had a rest. It was nice time.

Upside of the cloud

Low cloud made rain to ground. When I reached the summit of Mt. Ege, it stopped rain. I must be there upper side of rain cloud.
When I down the mountain, it started to rain again. It was experience which be difficult for people who don't climbing.

Bring 12kg backpack

As a train of summer climbing in Hokkaido, I brought 12 kg backpack. At real climbing, I'll have to bring about 18 kg backpack.
12 kg backpack was not so heavy for me. As I'm always ride bicycle for long distance, I am tough.

Welcome to my home

In these months, I'm fan of Ikeido's stories. The novel's story was his typical story. A banker meet many trouble in his job and private. They damaged him. But, he fight against them. And cleared those troubles.
I could read it in only one day. I could stay interest by reading it in rainy day.

Strange stories

This story was written by my favorite writer Baku Yumemakura. So, I started to read it.
It included very short stories which had a little strange events. They were his style. But, they did't interest me.

Mad fender

I bought new mad fender for bicycle. It is very cool.

Assembled zelt

I'll stay in zelt instead of tent in Hokkaido. Because, zelt is very light and compact. But, using it is very difficult, especially in the rain. I have to train in bad weather.

Mt. Ege

As a train for climbing in Hokkaido, I climbed Mt. Ege. I was tired at the climbing. And I wasted much time to reach to the summit.
I have to train until I'll climb Mt. Rishiri and Mt. Taisetsu.
