Burst

Rear tire of MTB was burst with a big sound. The tire was used more than 2 years and more than 11,000 km.

After I brought the bicycle to factory of my office, I changed the tire to new one.

Commute in hard rain by bicycle

In hard rain, I commuted by bicycle today. River, road and parking area had same surface of water.

It's needed that big power to pedal a bicycle, when the half of wheel sink in water.

Blow out the tire like miracle

During I commuted in the dark, my bicycle's rear tire blew out. When I checked it, I found a metal plate inserted into the brake system. Was it possible to happen such trouble naturally ?
The plate turned with the surface of tire for a while. I listened the sound at the time. And it went into brake system.
Long scarring appeared. The length was about 5mm and it was very deep. I used the tire only about 300 km. The prise was about 4,000 yen. It was hard damage for my wallet, too.

Fall down

During I moved to bicycle store in the dark, I fall down on the road. Some place of the bicycle was damaged. And some point of my body had pain.
But, my bone was not broken. It may be lucky. When I fall down, the speed was near 20 km/h. If I died at the accident, it was not mystery.
The reason was that I could't find the small stage on the road. I had to be care in dark.

Achilles tendon was damaged

I felt pain at Achilles tendon of right leg until about the time when I reached Kucchan. It was difficult to walk.
So, I considered whether I would be able to climb Mt. Youtei-zan or not. The height was over 1,800 m. It was not easy mountain.
I considered during from I'd reached Kucchan to the next morning.
I decided to try to climb until I would feel impossible to climb more. I would turn back at the time.
I always bring tape and manual to put it to the ankle. And I'd started to climb.
It was not good judge for climber. Judging to retire was most important thing for climber. I knew it. But, I could't retire in front of the mountain.

Last target appeared

When I reached Kucchan station by train, Mt. Youtei-zan appeared in front of me. The summit was covered by cloud. But, I could image the beautiful style like Mt. Fuji. It was last target of my Hokkaido journey.
But, I had a worrying about ankle's pain. I could't remember when I was damaged. Would I stand on big summit tomorrow ?

Punk the tire

When I was commuting by road bike, rear tire blew out twice.  I always look for something sharp edge inside of tire when the tire blow out. But, I could't find it at first.
I started to run again after I fixed it. Later, it blew out. So, I disassembled rear tire again, and looked for edge inside the tire very carefully. And, I could find a sharp steel which cut by machine.
I should looked for it more carefully at the first time.

Landslide

By the hard rain, the ground was slipped. All sands flew and base rock appeared. The groove was like a wasted river. It continued to the low side where Saka town was there.
In Saka town, some people died by sand river. It may be the sand which had there at the place before the hard rain. I prayed for the people with my son.
We could walk down in the groove more than 100m. We left the groove at the place where it cross with normal climbing road.

Damaged

As a training of climbing, I brought about 20kg backpack in neighborhood. I saw many damaged cars, muddy houses and broken furniture, etc. It taught me the hardness of the damage of heavy rain.

Beside sand river

A valley where I'd assembled zelt sometimes was covered by sand and broken trees.
The flat space was appeared. And the space was in shadow. So, I'd decided to assembled zelt and stayed for a while.
Staying there was very comfortable. It was very cool because of the shadow and stream which was there beside the zelt. And mosquito was not there.
I could sleep there for a while.

Damaged

After the hard rain in Hiroshima, I climbed Mt. Ege. The stream changed to hard river. The heavy iron bridge was flown by the stream. I understood the accident was very hard. The accident killed many peoples in Hiroshima. I prayed for them.

Hiroshima bay

I could see Hiroshima bay. There was a place where I picked up a black bag.
I prayed for his safe from the top of mountain.

Driftage

I found a black box at the sea coast near Hiroshima bay. It was wet by sea water and be surrounded by sea sand.
In the bag, there were notes, mobile phone, and cards, etc. There were no money.
I brought it to police box which was there in nearest.
Later, the policeman told me that the owner was old man and be disappearance. I imagined that the old man dropped down to the sea, or be stumble into crime.
It was a bad event for me.

Crashed

I clashed car by bicycle when I went back home yesterday. The car suddenly appeared in front of me from branch of the road. I used brakes. But, my bicycle couldn't stop well. I might should change to the new break pad.

Explosion

Mt. Ontake exploded in a few days ago. Many people were died there.
There were few sign before it exploded. So, there are same risk at every other volcano.
Mt. Kujyu which we climbed in a week ago is such a volcano. So, there were same risk with Mt. Ontake.
But, I can't stop to climb mountains.

Land slide

A big land slide happened in Hiroshima in early morning the day before yesterday. More than 50 people already died.
Hiroshima is basically safety area. That was a rare case.

Burst

My office car's tire burst. Fortunately, it happened during I didn't driving. I could see many wires cleave tire's gum. The impact must be hard.

February

Today is the last day of February. There were many trouble in the month. I hope March to be nice month.

Mind condition

In these days, my mind condition is very bad, despite my brain was diagnosed as fine. I don't feel do anything in real world.
I want to stay in the bed forever. I want to escape into deep mountains with tent and climbing gears, and stay there for a long while..
I understood that the mind and physical brain are not equal. All I can do now is waiting until the condition will be improved.

Mid finger

I was injured on mid finger of right hand yesterday. One third of nail was peeled.
Strangely, I could not know when the trouble had happened. When I was walking in factory, I found my finger was wet by my blood. At the time, I didn't feel any ache. After I cover there by band-aid, hard ache started to bother me.
I have understood that mid finger always be working hard. When I ride bike, I can't hold the brake lever enough. When I eat dinner, I can't use chopsticks enough. When I write this blog, I can't click the key on the board enough.
I have many trouble after the New year's day.
