Hasegawa Peak

This is Hasegawa peak which is famous as a dangerous and hard course, too. If I slipped only one step, I would drop down to the depth of deep valley. I was afraid and walked there slowly.
At such course, almost everyone had a light backpack. But I had 20kg backpack. So, it was difficult to take balance at the narrow space.

Crying

This rock is named "Hida naki" which means crying at Hida. Hida is a area around here. It was famous as a dangerous and hard course. Perhaps, traveler in ancient days had a hard effort to through there, and named so.
When I climbed it, I thought I want to cry, too. It was one of hardest course for my life.

Dangerous

After I leave Mt. Kitahotakadake, many dangerous points appeared. I afraid high place. But, these were the only way to go forward. I walked with brave heart.

Lance and Sword

I could see lance and sword at the same time. Lance is Mt. Yarigatake, and the sword is Mt. Tsurugidake.
Yari is a Japanese which means lance, and Tsurugi means sword.
I'd never seen Mt. Tsurugidake until then. So, my heart was moved. I want to climb Mt. Tsurugidake someday. But, I heard that the road to the top was very hard.

Karesawa Kar

This is a famous Karesawa kar. I heard the campsite was holly place for campers. But, I was not interesting in it, because I'm not a camper but a climber.
I could see beautiful ridge of Mt. Maehotakadake over the kar. And I could see Mt. Fuji over the mountains. Can you find Fuji on this photograph ?
By the way, this is one of best shot in my life.

Mt. Kitahotakadake

Top of Mt. Kitahotakadake had a nice landscape. This was the third Mt. Hotakadake which I had climbed. I left only Mt. Nishihotakadake.
By the way, I could see many famous mountains. Mt. Yarigatake was closing step by step. Near the Mt. Yarigatake was the end of this climbing.

Chains

Many chains appeared on the vertical rock surface after I through Mt. Karesawa. Climb up such a surface with 20kg backpack was hard and dangerous job. Originally, I'm afraid of heights.
But, more dangerous road appeared later. This was only start of fear.
