Mt. Ege

After a long interval, I climbed Mt. Ege today. 

I recognized that my leg muscle be weak because of lack of train. Muscle for climbing is not for riding bicycle.

I drive bicycle about 1.5 hours everyday. But, it is not train for climbing.

I have to train by running, walking and climbing in order to enjoy climbing in summer.
