Kumonotaira

I watched a TV program which treat about North Alps. When Kumonotaira was introduced in the program, I missed there very much. It is one of the most nice landscape in my life there. I want to go there again someday.
But there are many mountains which I have to climb. So, the arrival there will be long-term.

Hard to continue

It's hard to continue to post on this blog, as I work hard in these days. It will be impossible to post everyday for a while.

He is a climber.

I met a friend at the store near my house by coincidence.
He is one of my friend who have same hobby with me, such as climbing and bike. He said he stay in Yano, too.
When I met him, he had a climbing boots and pickels sticks. He said he climbed Mt. Ege and walk to Tenno in the mounrain until then. It is the course which I've walked sometimes. As it is a nice and useful course, I may meet him in the mountain someday.
He brought his wife at the time. Perhaps, he walked with her. As my wife don't like climbing, I'm really envious of him.

Dodge ball

I trained my son the dodge ball in this morning. It is third time. So saying, we only played catch ball.
My son is not well to play ball games. So, he said me to teach how to play dodge ball well.
But, I'm not well it, too. So, I'm checking the web site which shows how to play it.

Headache

I woke up early in the morning because of hard headache. I couldn't get it whether from having a cold or migraine headache.
I have a migraine headache from I was high school student. But, it happens infrequently in these years. I expect the headache be migraine, because it will be fixed soon. If it is from having a cold, I have to stay silently for a while. I want to train for climbing.

Cold

Temperature gauge on the road showed 2 degree centigrade. It gets cold day by day. As soon as, it will show below zero. Hard season for bike has come.

Scratchy throat

I have a scratchy throat from last night. It's a signal of start to have a cold. It's because that I rode bike with wetting in the rain yesterday.
I have not had a heavy cold in these years, because I train almost every morning. So, I expect I will be fine before it will be serious.
