Keys for road bike

I bought a key, wire and patch for tube of tire. They are for road bike.
My friend was stolen his expensive road bike in front of store. The timing was only about 5 minutes. At the time he used only a easy key for bicycle.
After I listened it, I used to use hard keys.
The new one was for my new road bike.
As the keys were big, I have to consider how to bring it when I ride rode bike.
