Pray with burning candle

In some Japanese temple and shrine, there was a candle like the photo. I bought one candle which be written the ward "families health and safety" by paying 100 yen.
There were many candles which be written "get much money" and  "success the examination", etc. Human's greed have no limit.
I don't believe such power and existence of god. But, I don't hate to move for family and friends.
