Camp site in Rishiri island

When I reached campsite, it was 7:30 PM. I'd never reached campsite at such late time.
In the campsite, only one tent was there. I assembled tent far form it.
The campsite had wifi network. So, I could talked with my wife without worrying. Was it a recent trend for campsite ? I was surprised about it.
