Lunch in Chitose airport

As I had no appetite, I ate Udon in Chitose airport.
The soup was thin taste. I remembered that the taste of it in eastern Japan was more thin than western one.
It was difficult for me.
And the restaurant name was major chain Udon restaurant. So, my wife said that I should to eat Hokkaido local foods.
